Black and Minority Ethnic

Charities Aid Foundation

The Foundation wants to support UK-based charitable organisations with annual incomes of up to £3m to maximise the effective use of their resources. Applications from minority ethnic-led organisations, disability-led groups and geographical areas with less support from funders / networks are encouraged and supported.

Comic Relief Gypsy and Traveller Projects

Allen Lane Foundation
Local charities with annual incomes under £100,000 are eligible to apply for small grants for work which makes a lasting difference to people’s lives, reduces isolation, stigma and discrimination and encourages or enables unpopular groups to share in the life of the whole community. People from black and minority ethnic communities are a particular priority.

Lankelly Chase Foundation
The Foundation welcomes applications from the black voluntary sector and minority ethnic groups that work in the Foundation’s priority areas – these are Arts, Breaking the Cycle, Developing Communities, Heritage and Free & Quiet Minds. Small grants are also available for summer playschemes for children aged between 5 and 13.

Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland
The Foundation aims to support charities throughout Scotland which help people, especially those who are disadvantaged or disabled, to play a fuller role in their community.

Nationwide Foundation
Charities with annual incomes under £250,000 can apply for one-off grants of £1,500 under the theme of domestic violence. No deadlines.
